Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- 2 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Method
- Thaw bread and break into small uniform chunks.
- Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan (can add nuts or raisins).
- In saucepan, melt butter, stir in dry pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
- Cool and pour evenly over bread.
- Cover with damp towel, place in warm place until bread reaches top of pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Invert immediately over serving platter.
- Serve warm.
