Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 Tbsp. barbecue rub seasoning
  • 2 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 qt. vodka
  • 2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp. Fresh horseradish, finely grated
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/3 Tbsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
  • 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • Garnish
  • 16 each kosher dill pickle spears
  • 16 each Leafy celery stalks

Method

  • For each serving: Rim highball glass with 1/4 tsp.
  • (1 mL) barbecue rub.
  • Fill with ice; set aside.
  • Add all remaininig ingredients except garnishes to ice-filled shaker; shake well.
  • Strain into prepared glass.
  • Garnish with pickle spear and celery stalk.
