Ingredients

  • 2 dessert-variety pears, cut in half, core removed, and sprinkled with lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 drop Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • lemon slices, to garnish.

Method

  • Put the pear halves on a lettuce leaf.
  • Put to one side.
  • Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well.
  • Pile the mixture into the pear halves and garnish with the tomato or lemon slices, then serve immediately.
