Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix 1/4 cup of soup with other ingredients.
- Add a little water, if needed.
- Form balls and put into peppers.
- Additional balls can be put between peppers.
- Pour remaining soup and 1 can of water over peppers.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to barely boiling.
- Cover and cook 1 hour.
