Ingredients
- 1 Chocolate bar
- 72 grams Cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Marmalade jam
Method
- Get all your ingredients together.
- Warm the cream cheese in the microwave.
- Put into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
- Add in the beaten eggs a little at a time and mix.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add, and mix well.
- Add the sifted cake flour.
- Use a rubber spatula to mix well.
- Add the marmalade jam and mix well.
- Put into a microwaveable plastic container (any shape is fine) covered in a baking sheet, and add the dough.
- Wrap lightly and microwave at 500 W for 4 minutes.
- Microwaving time may vary depending on your microwave, so please observe and adjust accordingly.
- Remove the dough and once it cools cut into pieces of your desired size.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled wrap up in a baking sheet like candy, and it's complete.
