Ingredients

  • 1 Chocolate bar
  • 72 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cake flour
  • 1 tbsp Marmalade jam

Method

  • Get all your ingredients together.
  • Warm the cream cheese in the microwave.
  • Put into a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  • Add in the beaten eggs a little at a time and mix.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave, add, and mix well.
  • Add the sifted cake flour.
  • Use a rubber spatula to mix well.
  • Add the marmalade jam and mix well.
  • Put into a microwaveable plastic container (any shape is fine) covered in a baking sheet, and add the dough.
  • Wrap lightly and microwave at 500 W for 4 minutes.
  • Microwaving time may vary depending on your microwave, so please observe and adjust accordingly.
  • Remove the dough and once it cools cut into pieces of your desired size.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • Once cooled wrap up in a baking sheet like candy, and it's complete.
