- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 green onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- dash of paprika
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. shrimp
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Stir in flour.
- Add milk slowly.
- Add spices, Worcestershire, sherry and lemon juice.
- Heat through. Add shrimp.
- Top with cheese.
- Heat in oven until brown.
- Serve over rice.
