Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Blend first 3 ingredients well.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Put on floured board and knead gently until firm.
- Roll very thin and let stand 30 minutes.
- Put into
- chicken or squirrel broth, boiling vigorously.
- Cook until done or about 30 minutes.
