Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro (Chinese parsley)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 small chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all of the ingredients.
- Allow to chill for several hours before serving.
- Serve with chips, tacos, and other Mexican dishes.
