Ingredients
- 1 deer tenderloin or large roast
- 1 medium to large green pepper
- 1 medium to large onion
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. tap water
- garlic
Method
- Place meat in smoker at low temperature for 2 hours.
- Lay a large oven roasting bag in a large pan, allowing room for expansion.
- Place meat in bag, liberally sprinkle with garlic. Slice pepper and onion into strips; lay equal portions on meat and in bottom of bag.
- Pour soy sauce on meat.
- Pour water in bottom of bag and seal according to bag directions.
- Preheat oven to 350° and cook for one hour.
- By using the roasting bag the steam will put moisture back in the meat.
