Ingredients
- 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Method
- Heat waffle iron to medium-high heat.
- Beat eggs in bowl until light yellow color.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips just until moistened.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake according to waffle iron directions or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
