Ingredients
- 1 bunch Enoki mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plus 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 dash Dashi stock granules
Method
- Take the root end off the enoki mushrooms, and cut the rest in half.
- Shred the mushrooms into small clumps, and rinse quickly in water.
- Put the enoki mushrooms and the ingredients marked in a pan, and turn on the heat.
- Simmer over medium heat while stirring and reducing the liquid.
- When it has a nice appetizing color, it's done!
