Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 16 oz. can salmon, drained (bones removed) and flaked
- chopped pecans
- chopped fresh parsley
Method
- In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes). Add salt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish. Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). By hand, stir in salmon. Spoon into serving bowl. If desired, garnish with pecans and parsley. Serve with crackers. Store refrigerated.
