Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. cooked raisins
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 beaten egg yolks (save whites)
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 egg whites
Method
- Mix raisins, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and egg yolks together and pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
- Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
- Beat egg whites to soft peak and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until stiff; spread over filling and brown.
