Ingredients
- 16 oz. salmon, baked
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix together and chill for 1 hour, then roll into shape of ball and roll in nuts. Dry in parsley flakes.
