Ingredients
- 2 c. sliced raw potatoes
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. ground beef chuck
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1 c. chopped fine green pepper
- 2 c. cooked tomatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Place in layers in greased 2-quart casserole.
- Garnish with green pepper slices.
- Bake 2 hours at 350°.
