Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium can fruit cocktail, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- dark brown sugar
- chopped nuts
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add juice from cocktail.
- Add flour and beat well. Add fruit.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
- Sprinkle top of batter with brown sugar and nuts.
- Cook at 350° for about 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
