Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 to 3 cans smoked oysters, drained

Method

  • Prepare the day ahead.
  • Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Press on foil; spread to about 1/3-inch thickness.
  • Should measure approximately 5 x 10-inches.
  • Refrigerate several hours.
  • Chop the drained oysters.
  • Spread along center of cheese mixture.
  • Roll up jell-roll style.
  • Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
  • Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with wafers or any other crackers.
