Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 cans smoked oysters, drained
Method
- Prepare the day ahead.
- Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Press on foil; spread to about 1/3-inch thickness.
- Should measure approximately 5 x 10-inches.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Chop the drained oysters.
- Spread along center of cheese mixture.
- Roll up jell-roll style.
- Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
- Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with wafers or any other crackers.
