Ingredients
- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Boil squash and mash.
- Saute onion in vegetable oil and add broth to squash.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Place in casserole and cover with grated cheese.
- Cook medium oven until cheese is melted and boiling.
