- 1 lb bacon
Method
- Place bacon in an aluminum cooking tray.
- Stir bacon and distribute evenly.
- Cook on your grill using Indirect Heat.
- Add wet hickory wood chips and smoke for about 1 hour.
- Stir several times during the cooking process.
- Remove from heat and allowed to cool then drain the bacon on a paper towels.
- Crumbled bacon and add to any recipe you choose.
- It will keep in the refrigerator for weeks with an airtight lid.
