  • 1 lb bacon

Method

  • Place bacon in an aluminum cooking tray.
  • Stir bacon and distribute evenly.
  • Cook on your grill using Indirect Heat.
  • Add wet hickory wood chips and smoke for about 1 hour.
  • Stir several times during the cooking process.
  • Remove from heat and allowed to cool then drain the bacon on a paper towels.
  • Crumbled bacon and add to any recipe you choose.
  • It will keep in the refrigerator for weeks with an airtight lid.
