Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can ripe pitted olives
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
  • cheese
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • Place in large flat pan; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Let stand overnight to allow flavors to blend.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
  • Yields 15 servings.
