Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/2 tsp. smoke flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. ginger juice
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
Method
- Mix soy, sherry, smoke flavoring, ginger juice, hoisin sauce and salt.
- Place chicken and mixture in plastic tie bag.
- Shake to spread sauce evenly over chicken. Keep chicken in bag at least 4 hours.
