Ingredients
- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. mild sausage
Method
- Let sausage get to room temperature.
- Mix Bisquick, butter and milk.
- Divide dough in half and roll out on floured surface. Spread rolled dough with half of sausage.
- Roll sausage and dough mixture like a jelly roll.
- Wrap in wax paper, freeze about an hour and slice thin.
- May freeze in roll or slices.
- Bake at 400° until golden brown.
- Makes 2 rolls.
