- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 c. chopped, cooked celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. to 1 c. rice, uncooked
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts, do not drain
- mushrooms, if desired
Method
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Top with chow mein noodles and bake 1/4 hour more.
