- 1 1/2 pounds pork ribs country
- 1/4 cup dark karo syrup
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan except pork ribs.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Brown the ribs, transfer everything to a slow cooker.
- Cook on medium heat 4 to 5 hours.
