Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cans chicken gumbo soup (do not add water)
- 4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Brown meat in skillet.
- Drain off fat.
- Add remainder of ingredients.
- Cook on low heat until meat is thoroughly cooked. Serve over hamburger buns.
- Makes 16 servings.
