Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/3 c. cooked rice
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown chicken in oil.
- Pour off fat.
- Add soup, water, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper (after mixing together in bowl) to chicken in pan.
- Cover and simmer 35 minutes; stir occasionally. Add rice to pan.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
