- 6 pieces celery
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 green pepper, cut fine
- 1 large onion, cut fine
- 1/2 bottle catsup
- 1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 can tomato juice (medium or large)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt to taste
Method
- Brown celery, pepper, onion and meat in Mazola oil.
- Mix in separate bowl other ingredients and add to the meat mixture.
- Let cook slowly until thick, stirring occasionally.
- Serve on buns.
