Ingredients
- 2 chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 leek soup mix (Knorr)
- 1 lb. Mexican (mild) Velveeta cheese
- 1 can Swanson chicken broth
Method
- Cook chopped broccoli as directed.
- Mix potato soup as directed on can.
- Mix leek soup mix as directed on box.
- Add cheese and broth last.
- Mix well.
- I use a crock-pot.
- Cook about 1 hour.
- If you do not have crock-pot, you will need to watch it, so it won't stick to boiler.
