Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 medium carrots, cut in strips
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill seed
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
Method
- Trim excess fat from steak.
- Cut meat into 6 servings.
- In a bag, combine salt, flour and pepper.
- Shake meat in flour mix. Brown meat in hot oil; transfer meat to platter, leaving oil in skillet.
- Brown remainder of flour in skillet.
- Stir in tomatoes, dried dill seed and carrots.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add zucchini. Continue cooking for 30 minutes and serve.
