Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round (beef)
- 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. tomato sauce (8 oz. can)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 c. water
- black pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Add green pepper and onion until tender.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
