Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/3 c. chunk-style peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large size electric frypan.
- Set control dial at 280°.
- Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Turn off frypan.
- Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Stir until marshmallows and peanut butter are melted and blended.
- Turn into a buttered 8-inch pan and cool before cutting.
