Ingredients
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 8 tostado shells
- 1 small onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 c. mild picante sauce
Method
- Microwave bouillon cubes in 2 cups of water.
- Bake tostado shells per instructions on box.
- Break up into medium to large pieces.
- Fry onions in a small amount of oil.
- Add tomato sauce and picante sauce.
- Add cheese soup to bouillon broth and whisk until creamy.
- Mix all together in 6 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to simmer.
- Mix tostado shells in and serve with grated cheese on top.
