Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. marjoram
  • 1 Tbsp. rosemary
  • juice of fresh lemon
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Rose wine
  • 2 lb. large shrimp

Method

  • Melt butter.
  • Add all ingredients except wine and shrimp. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until spices are cooked.
  • Add wine and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Put approximately 15 shrimp in aluminum foil pouches and pour sauce mixture over shrimp.
  • Cook in oven at 400° for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
