Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- juice of fresh lemon
- 1/2 to 1 c. Rose wine
- 2 lb. large shrimp
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add all ingredients except wine and shrimp. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes until spices are cooked.
- Add wine and simmer 10 minutes.
- Put approximately 15 shrimp in aluminum foil pouches and pour sauce mixture over shrimp.
- Cook in oven at 400° for about 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
