Ingredients
- 1 cup cracked ice
- 6 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 ponies (2 ounces) gin
- 1 pony (1 ounce) white creme de menthe
- 1 pony (1 ounce) lemon juice
- Garnish: sprig of mint
Method
- In a blender, blend cracked ice, pineapple, gin, white creme de menthe and lemon juice for 30 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled 12-ounce glass.
- Garnish with a spring of mint.
