Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lemon jello
- 3 2/3 c. hot water
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cooked small shrimp
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add vinegar and salt.
- Chill until it begins to set.
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients. Turn into mold; chill to firm.
- Serve on lettuce; garnish with tomatoes.
- Serves 10.
