Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Sucaryl
- 2 medium mashed bananas
- 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Cream together butter, vanilla, water, eggs and Sucaryl until creamy and smooth.
- Add flour mixture and mashed bananas alternately, mixing until well blended.
- Blend in melted chocolate.
- Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
