Ingredients
- 2 cup rice
- 2 cup dried goji berries /wolfberry juice
- 2 cup water
- 3/4 cup wolfberry or dried goji berries
Method
- presoak dried goji berries / wolfberry in warm water for 2 minute then blend it till smooth.
- wash rice and then pour wolfberry juice onto rice in rice cooker and cook as usual
- use a fork loosen rice then serve
