Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup ice water
- 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method
- Mix dry ingredients, add wet.
- Dip shrimp or onion rings and fry in hot oil.
