Ingredients
- 200 grams Albacore tuna (frozen is also okay)
- 1 piece Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Panko
- 1 Frying oil
Method
- Marinade the albacore tuna in the grated garlic and soy sauce.
- Coat the entire surface in mayonnaise and panko.
- Fry in oil until crispy and browned.
- Transfer to a plate and it's done!
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
