Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. (small) unflavored gelatin
- 8 oz. mayonnaise
- 2 cans small shrimp, deveined
- 4 green onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
Method
- Bring soup to boil (no water).
- Add cream cheese; stir until dissolved.
- Add gelatin and mayonnaise, stirring until blended well.
- Add shrimp, onions and celery; stir.
- Grease mold with mayonnaise and pour mixture in.
- Let set 2 to 3 hours.
- Unmold by dipping in hot water.
- Serve with crackers or rye bread.
