Ingredients
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced fine
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can Pastene ground peeled tomatoes (28 oz.)
- 1 lb. linguine macaroni
Method
- Saute garlic in small frying pan until light golden brown. Put tomatoes in a saucepan.
- Add garlic.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Saute shrimp for one minute in a very hot frying pan, using the oil you cooked the garlic in.
- Add shrimp to tomato sauce.
- Cook only 2 minutes longer.
- Serve over linguine, prepared according to package directions.
