Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. lite mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Insert metal blade in food processor.
- Add all ingredients. Process until smooth.
- Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap.
- Leave extra to hang over edge.
- Spoon in mixture.
- Press to remove air spaces and to make a nice smooth shape when unmolded later.
- Chill 6 hours or overnight.
- Invert mold on serving plate.
- Peel off plastic.
- Garnish with parsley sprigs, cherry tomato halves and lemon slices.
- Serve with crackers or toast squares.
