Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. cleaned, cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. lite mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire

Method

  • Insert metal blade in food processor.
  • Add all ingredients. Process until smooth.
  • Line a 2 cup mold with plastic wrap.
  • Leave extra to hang over edge.
  • Spoon in mixture.
  • Press to remove air spaces and to make a nice smooth shape when unmolded later.
  • Chill 6 hours or overnight.
  • Invert mold on serving plate.
  • Peel off plastic.
  • Garnish with parsley sprigs, cherry tomato halves and lemon slices.
  • Serve with crackers or toast squares.
