Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 5 c. miniature (or possibly 40 large) marshmallows
  • 5 c. crispy rice cereal

Method

  • Heat butter in 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish (about 1 minute on medium high).
  • Stir in marshmallows and microwave 1 minute on medium high.
  • Stir and continue cooking 1 1/2 to 2 min or possibly till marshmallows are softened.
  • Stir then fold in cereal, press into dish and cook.
  • Cut into 24 to 30 squares.
  • For chocolate Krispies: add in 1 (6 ounce.)
