Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shrimp
- 8 thin slices London broil or round eye roast
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/2 c. wild rice with long grain white (combination)
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 c. iceberg lettuce (fresh spinach may be substituted)
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/3 alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 avocado slices
Method
- Prepare on a large dinner plate.
- This salad may be prepared individually for as many people as you desire.
- Add to recipe according to number to be served.
