Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
  • 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 (6 oz) cans de-veined shrimp, drained
  • 1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in water.
  • Set aside.
  • Flake shrimp with a fork until crumb like.
  • Add cream cheese, mayo, celery, and onions. Set aside. Heat soup until warm, then add gelatin into soup until dissolved.
  • Add soup to shrimp mixture.
  • Store in refrigerator for at least 6 hours prior to serving (can be made the night before also).
