Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese
- 1/2 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 (6 oz) cans de-veined shrimp, drained
- 1 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in water.
- Set aside.
- Flake shrimp with a fork until crumb like.
- Add cream cheese, mayo, celery, and onions. Set aside. Heat soup until warm, then add gelatin into soup until dissolved.
- Add soup to shrimp mixture.
- Store in refrigerator for at least 6 hours prior to serving (can be made the night before also).
