Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. diced shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Italian or Old Fashion French Good Seasons mild dressing
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Boil 1 1/2 cups water with salt; add Minute rice.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add all ingredients except mayonnaise.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
