Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. orange cheese, grated
- 1 small can shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Boil macaroni for 15 minutes in salted water.
- Drain and put in buttered casserole with shrimp.
- Make white sauce by melting butter with flour.
- Add milk slowly.
- Add grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over macaroni in casserole.
- Add pieces of cheese and dot with butter on top.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
