Ingredients
- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2-inch sliced ginger root, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Soak beef overnight in a mixture of any barbecue sauce, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook the next day in the liquids at least 3 hours at 350°.
- Meat is done when tender.
