Ingredients

  • 4 lasagna noodles
  • 10 oz. can chili (without beans)
  • 4 (1 oz.) slices Cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 small green onion, sliced

Method

  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Spread one side of each noodle with 3 tablespoons of chili; top with 2 pieces of cheese.
  • Roll up, placing seam side down, in a greased loaf pan.
  • Spread remaining chili atop rolls.
  • Bake covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot.
