Ingredients
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 2 cans (large) evaporated milk
Method
- Mix together butter, flour and sugar and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 425° for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Beat together all other ingredients.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Lower temperature to 325° and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
